This laser treatment with Spectra: Q-switched Nd: YAG (US FDA Approved Device) is commonly used for skin rejuvenation. It is considered “non-invasive,” which means it uses light-energy that your skin tissues absorb. This device can be used to: Reduce fine lines and wrinkles by gently stimulating the natural growth of collagen Reduce large pores and pigmentation in the sun-damaged skin Remove pigmented skin from lesions and sunspots Remove tattoos How Spectra Laser Peel is performed? In the Spectra Laser Peel treatment, gentle laser rays penetrate the surface of your skin. The laser heat stimulates the growth of collagen present deep beneath your skin. The effects of this laser treatment can be observed even after the treatment is over. Once new collagen starts filling wrinkles and fine lines, you will be able to see the difference in your skin. It will look younger and healthier. This treatment is also very effective for discoloured skin and pigmented lesions. The light energy breaks up the pigmented areas so the collagen can be reabsorbed into the skin. You may see some immediate improvement in your skin, however complete results tend to appear gradually. For best results, you are recommended to have at least 4 to 6 treatment sessions within intervals of 3 to 5 weeks between each session.
